He is more focused on the people he works with compared to other realtors I've worked with in the past. Some realtors only care about the sale and the money, but not Jacob. He was very responsive whenever I reached out to him, and he made sure all of my questions were answered every step of the way.

As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was doing.
